You will meet with a guide to learn how to redirect client requests into clear choices about schedule and budget. You will practice drafting alternative solutions for a current or past project of your own.

Raising your rate

You will work with a coach to outline the value you have delivered to a current client and plan how to introduce your new pricing. Together, you will write down a brief script that states your new rate, connects it to your achievements, and sets a start date.

Handling an unhappy client
