You will practice responding to a new lead quickly and structuring the conversation to uncover their buying needs. Your coach will guide you through opening with the property they saw and keeping them on the phone to book an in-person visit.

The viewing

You will meet with a mentor to learn how to connect property features to a buyer's personal motivations. You will practice pointing out minor property flaws early and framing the final question to uncover any remaining hesitation.

"Too high for this area"

You will meet with your coach to learn how to respond when a buyer says a home costs too much. You will practice validating their feelings, comparing recent local sales, and keeping the conversation moving forward.

"I'll wait for the market"

You will meet with your coach to learn how to handle clients who want to delay their purchase. You will discover how to redirect their focus from unpredictable future prices to immediate rental costs.

Negotiating and closing

You will meet with your coach to learn how to present low offers without upsetting the property owner. You will also map out how to explain agent fees clearly and ask happy clients for future introductions.
